Discount Program
You've seen our custom rods at
consumer trade shows and in the hands of your fishing partners on the
stream. Now custom ownership of a handcrafted custom fishing rod
made exclusively by "The Rod Shop" is even more attractive
through our Custom Rod Discount program. Copyright ©
Participation is simple. If your annual purchase level reaches one
of our Custom Rod Discount program levels, the percentage for that
level can be applied as a discount towards a custom rod. The program has
4 levels: 1) total annual purchase of $500.00 receives 5% discount;
2)
total annual purchase of $1000.00 receives 10% discount; 3) total annual
purchase of $2500.00 receives 15% discount; 4) total annual purchase of
$4500.00 receives 20% discount. All levels will include free shipping. The discount must be applied towards the
purchase of a custom rod no later than 1 year after the year in which
the discount was earned.
Terms and Conditions:
Earning Custom Rod Discounts
- The total amount of every purchase made will be added to the total
annual purchases. Returned purchase credits and refunds will be deducted
from the total annual purchases.
Redeeming Custom Rod Discounts
- Annual notification of the Custom Rod Discount level attained for
the previous year will be mailed to qualifying customers.
- When this notification is received the discount can then be applied
towards the purchase of a custom rod.
- An unredeemed Custom Rod Discount will expire 1 year after the
year in which the discount was earned.
- The discount is applied to the retail price of the completed custom
rod.
Program Administration
- The Rod Shop reserves the right at any time to cancel, modify,
restrict or discontinue the program in whole or any specific feature or
benefit thereof, without prior notice to its customers. Earned Custom
Rod Discounts will not be redeemed in the event the program is
terminated.
- All accounts in good standing are eligible to participate in the
Custom Rod Discount program.
